Refund Policy

At Vanguard Virtues LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting and professional services that meet your expectations. We understand that, in some circumstances, a refund may be requested, and we aim to handle such matters with fairness and transparency.
Because our services involve time, expertise, and tailored consulting deliverables, all refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on the nature of the service provided, the stage of completion, and any contractual agreements in place.
To request a refund, you must submit a written request to VanguardVirtues@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the service date or project delivery, including a clear explanation of your concern. We will review the request and notify you within 5 business days regarding the outcome.
Partial refunds may be issued if:

The service has not yet been rendered in full

There was a billing error

The client cancels a prepaid service with advance notice (minimum 48 hours)
No refunds will be provided for:

Services that have already been completed or substantially delivered

Missed appointments or late cancellations without prior notice

Client dissatisfaction not caused by a service error or contractual breach
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
